Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills is owned and being developed, offered and sold by 9908 Santa Monica Blvd, LLC (“Developer”). The project is not owned, developed or sold by Rosewood Hotels and Resorts, L.L.C. or any of its affiliates (“Rosewood”). Developer uses Rosewood marks pursuant to a licence agreement with Rosewood, terminable according to its terms. Except for approving certain design concepts for conformity with Rosewood standards, Rosewood was not involved in developing the design concepts or selecting any furnishings, fixtures and finishes for the project.
