A TIMELESS SENSE OF PLACE
Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills has been thoughtfully conceived to reflect the gravitas, classic style, and timelessness of its highly pedigreed location and clientele. In Beverly Hills, monumental limestone-clad homes have rested quietly for a century along gently curving, palm-lined streets that ease their way through the neighborhood.

UNDERSTATED ELEGANCE
“Our goal was to create a building that does not date in terms of both design and architecture,” says designer Thomas Juul-Hansen. “By relying on the expressive beauty of wood, stone, and other natural materials, we are able to capture a sense of innate timelessness so closely associated with Beverly Hills.”

EPIC POETRY IN STONE
All the marble used in Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills has been hand selected from the premier quarries of Greece, including Dionysos White for the kitchens — the same stone used to construct the Parthenon more than 2,400 years ago — timelessness at its best. Jura limestone for the façade was sourced from Germany and supplied by a firm that uses sustainable quarrying methods and operates on a zero-waste basis.

THE PINNACLE OF ITALIAN CRAFTSMANSHIP
Juul-Hansen’s custom-designed millwork for Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills was fabricated in Italy by Molteni&C. Family owned and operated for more than 80 years Molteni&C is celebrated for its superior craftsmanship, Italian heritage, and careful attention to detail.
